Cancel My Order

At Favofam, we are committed to our Ready-to-Ship promise. We know you want your home bar set up as soon as possible, so our fulfillment team works quickly. Often, orders are picked, packed, and labeled within hours of being placed. Because our logistics process moves so fast, our window for cancellation is strictly limited.
1. THE 12-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW
You may request to cancel your order for a 100% Full Refund within 12 hours of placing it.

Condition: The order must not have a shipping label created yet.

Cost: No fees. The full amount will be returned to your original payment method.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
Time is of the essence. To catch your order before it is loaded onto the truck, please follow these steps immediately:

Message: Simply state that you wish to cancel.
3. IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED
If your request comes after 12 hours, or if you have already received a “Shipping Confirmation” email with a tracking number:

We cannot cancel the order. Your heavy furniture item has likely been palletized and handed over to the carrier. We physically cannot stop the shipment at this stage.

Next Steps: You will need to wait for the package to be delivered and then initiate a return.

Important Warning: As per our Return & Refund Policy, if you return a non-defective item because you couldn’t cancel in time:

You are responsible for the Return Shipping Costs (which can be significant for heavy wood items).

A 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.

The original shipping fee ($14.99) is non-refundable.

DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY: Please do not refuse the package when the driver arrives. Refusing a shipment causes the carrier (UPS/FedEx) to charge a “Return to Sender” penalty fee, which is often double the standard shipping rate. This penalty fee will be deducted from your final refund. It is always cheaper and safer to accept the package and ship it back yourself using a standard service.
4. ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
If you don’t want to cancel, but simply realized you made a typo in your address (e.g., forgot the Apartment Number):

Before Shipping: We can update the label for free.

After Shipping: Carrier rerouting fees (approx. $15-$25 depending on the carrier) may apply and will be billed to you.
5. REFUND TIMELINE
If your cancellation is successfully processed within the 12-hour window:

We will void the transaction immediately.

You will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

The funds will typically return to your bank account or credit card within 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
