Is your furniture made of real wood?
Yes. We take pride in using Solid Hardwood for our wine shelves. We do not use particle board, MDF, or hollow plastics. Because wine bottles are heavy, we rely on the structural integrity of real wood to ensure your collection is held safely.
How many bottles can the shelf hold?
Capacity varies by model, but generally, our shelves are designed to hold standard 750ml wine bottles.
Please check the specific “Dimensions & Capacity” tab on each product page for the exact bottle count and weight limit.
Important: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity listed.
How do I install the shelf? Do I need to find a wall stud?
Safety is paramount. Wine is heavy (a full bottle weighs approx. 3 lbs).
Recommendation: We strongly recommend mounting the shelf directly into wooden wall studs for maximum security.
Drywall: If you must install on drywall where no studs are available, you MUST use heavy-duty toggle anchors (often included, but please check your wall type).
Hardware: Every box comes with a standard mounting kit and instructions. If you are unsure, please consult a professional handyman.
Will the wood color look exactly like the photos?
The tone will be very similar, but not identical.

Can I put this in a bathroom or humid area?

Do I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
No. We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
Favofam pays all import duties, VAT, and taxes on your behalf.
The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will not be charged extra upon delivery.
How long will it take to arrive?

My shelf arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please inspect the box immediately upon delivery.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit my space?
