WHAT TO EXPECT

1. Fast Processing: Since our Wine Bar Shelves are Ready-to-Ship from our warehouse, we typically pick and pack your order within 1–2 business days.

2. Tracking Updates (Please Wait 24h): Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to show activity.

  • Why? Large furniture packages are often loaded onto pallets. It is normal for the status to say “Label Created” while the carrier schedules the pickup.

3. Delivery Inspection (Important): When your shelf arrives, please inspect the outer box immediately.

  • If you see significant damage (crushed corners, punctures), please take a photo of the box before opening it and contact us right away.

If your tracking number isn’t working after 48 hours or your package seems stuck:

  • Support Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

To track your order, please enter your Tracking ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This Tracking ID was sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. You will receive an email once your order has been completed, which will include the Tracking ID.
