We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card information is processed securely via Stripe, a global leader in online payments.

B. PayPal

For a faster checkout without entering your card details, you can choose PayPal.

  • Simply click the PayPal button at checkout to log in to your account.

  • You can use your PayPal balance or a linked bank account/card.

2. PAYMENT SECURITY

Your security is our top priority. We employ banking-level security measures to protect your data.

  • SSL Encryption: Our entire website is secured with 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This means every piece of data you enter is scrambled and cannot be intercepted.

  • PCI Compliance: We are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

  • No Data Storage: Favofam does not store your full credit card number or CVV code on our servers. All transactions are handled directly by our secure payment processors (Stripe or PayPal).

3. BILLING & CURRENCY

  • Currency: All prices on Favofam are listed and processed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Sales Tax:

    • US Orders: Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your state’s regulations.

    • International Orders: All prices are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import taxes and duties are included in the price; you will not be charged extra upon delivery.

4. TROUBLESHOOTING

My card was declined. Why? Because furniture is a higher-value purchase, your bank’s fraud protection system may sometimes flag the transaction as “unusual activity,” especially if this is your first time shopping with us.

  • Solution: Please call your bank to authorize the purchase, then try again.

  • Alternative: Try using PayPal, as it often has a higher success rate for first-time orders.
